Local 776 retirements

Recently, two Local 776 Members decided to turn the page to the next chapter of their lives and retire.

Diane Einsig, International Motors (Formerly Navistar): Diane recently retired after 22 years of service. During her time at International, she worked as an order picker. Looking back, Diane commented that this was her first job working in a Union environment.

Now that she's retired, Diane will have more time to devote to her two children and her grandchild. Diane is an outdoors person; she enjoys camping and trout fishing in the local creeks and streams with her fiancé.

Reflecting on her retirement, Diane added, I've dealt with Spencer since he took office and have had a good relationship with him. That's why I asked him to present me with my retirement watch along with my Business Agent Matt Craig. It's not a bad job; the pay and benefits are good. I'm going to miss the co-workers there with whom I've built lasting friendships over the years.

Jim Campbell, TForce Freight: Jim recently retired after a remarkable 40-year career. Jim started his epic journey working at the former Overnite Transportation Company. When UPS bought Overnite in August 2005 and rebranded it as UPS Freight, Jim's uniform changed in appearance, but he kept on trucking. One last sale of the company occurred in 2021; it was then rebranded as TForce Freight, where Jim remained until he decided to retire with no at-fault accidents on his record.
