It’s been over a month, 37 days as of October 7th, since the Local 776 Members at Rise dispensary went on strike. Since that time, two negotiating sessions have been held, both to no avail. While Green Thumb Industries, the parent of RISE Dispensary, continues to prosper, it has left its most valuable asset, its employees, out in the cold.
Picketing takes place every day that the dispensary is open for business. While quite a few potential customers pull up, see what’s going on, and then abruptly leave it’s time to get the word out and turn the heat up a little more.
