If you haven’t already done so please take a moment to register as a Local 776 member or retiree.
Recently Local 776 lost a member whose commitment to the Local Union went above and beyond Stewardship. Allen Proper was a Local 776 Union Steward with Dauphin County Adult Probation Services. Allen was extremely well liked and well respected by all his Brothers and Sisters at Adult Probation and as a Steward was a champion to all he served. Allen worked tirelessly to represent his Brothers and Sisters; he will be sorely missed by all, especially those that served as Stewards along side him.
