A MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT ED THOMPSON
If you haven’t already done so please take a moment to register as a Local 776 member or retiree.
On February 17 Local 776 President Edgar Thompson along with PA. Conference of Teamsters Secretary and Local 776 member Tom Felice, attended Governor Tom Wolf's Labor Round Table. The focus of the meeting was issues affecting Labor Unions. At the conclusion of the meeting Governor Wolf thanked those in attendance for their continued support and committed to stand with Labor in the battles we may face in the coming months.
After the meeting President Thompson commented; “It is important for the Local Union to build strong relationships with politicians who support our views on working men and women. One of the ways the Local Union does this is through DRIVE, the Teamsters Political Action Committee. For more information about DRIVE please visit the DRIVE web page under Member Resources.”
