Penn State Football is just around the corner as the Nittany Lions look to build off back to back 10 win seasons. Back by popular demand will be Organized Labor Ticket Promotions. All Teamsters, including their families and friends, will be able to purchase discounted tickets to the home opener against Appalachian State on September 1st and the final home game of the year against Maryland on November 24th (kick off times are still TBD)

Summer will be here before you know it, and that’s the time for picnics and trips to the amusement park! This year Local 776 is offering our members both! The family picnic will be held at Knoebels Amusement Park in Elysburg, PA. All the information you need for a fun day at the park is below. Show your Teamster Pride! Wear your Teamster shirt, Teamster hat, anything Teamster while at the park! Our roaming photographers will be looking for you and your family enjoying the day!

The ABF Freight Master Freight Agreement and Central PA Supplemental Agreement ratification vote results are as follows:

Local 776 has scheduled two meetings pertaining to the UPS, UPS Freight strike authorization vote. Full details are below:

In addition to the James R. Hoffa Memorial Scholarships awarded by the IBT, Local 776 has additional scholarships available for qualifying dependents of Local 776 members. Presently Local 776 has an established scholarship fund at Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) for either full or part-time students. Additionally Local 776 offers scholarships made possible by the Locals fund raising events and are announced in May. This years Local 776 Scholarship finalists are:

Megan Campbell – Daughter of Jenny Campbell (Perry County Court Appointed)

Elizabeth Kohr – Daughter of Jeffrey Kohr (Hershey Medical Center)

Julia Raker – Daughter of Bruce Raker (ABF Freight)
